The Pony & Trap publishes a book!

To mark an incredible year that has seen a Michelin star, the Observer Best Sunday Lunch Runner-Up Award plus a myriad of events, special occasions and fantastic nights at The Pony & Trap, we have commissioned a commemorative book to mark 2011.

Using the company Blurb we created and published our own book that includes Josh's thoughts from the year, Pony & Trap recipes and a stunning collection of photos from Tim Martin of Eternal Photography and David Griffen.

Books can be ordered for £17 in paperback, or £22 in hardback.
