With esteemed food writer and critic, Matthew Fort, compering proceedings, the masterclasses saw the chefs, create new takes on classic British dishes: Galton Blackiston, (Morston Hall, Norfolk) made Quail Scotch Eggs , Simon Hulstone (The Elephant, Torquay) made Curried Chicken Kiev and Josh made his new favourite for the Summer, Pimm’s Jelly
