As part of the Ocado's new taste partnership with the premium recipe website, Great British Chefs www.greatbritishchefs.com, on June 15th, Josh Eggleton joined fellow Michelin Star chefs Galton Blackiston and Simon Hulstone to host an online "cookalong" that streamed live across the world via Google+ Hangouts and Youtube.
With esteemed food writer and critic, Matthew Fort, compering proceedings, the masterclasses saw the chefs, create new takes on classic British dishes:
Galton Blackiston, (Morston Hall, Norfolk) made Quail Scotch Eggs
, Simon Hulstone (The Elephant, Torquay) made Curried Chicken Kiev
and Josh made his new favourite for the Summer, Pimm’s Jelly
