Join us as we host an evening celebrating the best of European produce
The menus at The Pony & Trap give prominence to produce of our immediate surroundings from our own kitchen gardens, the Chew Valley, Somerset, and the wider South West region. However, for one evening we are holding a dinner to celebrate the abundance of iconic ingredients the continent has to offer.
Josh says: “I was influenced by European cooking right from the start. I love European culture and I love the produce that we get from the talented producers all over the continent and that’s what this dinner is aiming to celebrate and give credit to”

The six course feast menu features Pyrenean milk-fed lamb, Iberico pork, shellfish from the South of France, European cheeses, and of course much more. We will, of course, be pouring some of the continent’s finest wines to enjoy alongside these dishes.
