Bristol Series

This Spring we have made a conscious decision to shift the emphasis of our Guest Chef Events; fantastic as it is welcoming chefs from far and wide, it feels really good to take the time to celebrate two of the many talented chefs on our doorstep.

We are delighted welcome Romy Gill, of Romy’s Kitchen on 14th March + Larkin Cen, of Woky Ko on April 11th.

Romy and Larkin are two highly esteemed chefs from Bristol – both highly decorated too – Romy has an MBE for her services to the hospitality industry and Larkin was a Runner up on Master Chef.  They each run their own acclaimed restaurants in Bristol. What is particularly exciting about welcoming them is that their style of food is so different to ours.

And so the Bristol Series is born. We are, as Josh says, ‘Bringing it Home’.

Inviting guest chefs into our kitchen always makes for a brilliant night – there is something so special about the exchange of knowledge that can only be achieved by opening your kitchen up to someone new. All this energy and passion always spills out of the kitchen and makes the nights extra special for our guests too.
