Dinner is a six course feast of dishes all paired with cocktails made from spirits – which range from gins, grain and cane spirits and more – all of which are made right here in Bristol.
The drinks will be introduced, poured and discussed by the one of the people behind the distilleries, Danny, as our chefs serve a dinner comprised of dishes all designed to compliment the selection of spirits Danny is showcasing.

Psychopomp is an independent distillery in Bristol, who use small, handmade copper pot stills to produce craft distilled gin in small batches and limited quantities. Circumstance, which is just about to celebrate it’s first birthday, makes a range of ‘New World’ spirits (not sure what they are?…fear not, all will be explained on the evening).
