Joe Colridge, or Joey C as he is affectionately known here, has been with us ever since he moved to Bristol in 2014.
He began as a Chef de Partie and has worked his way up to Sous Chef. You’ll find him running the kitchen in Gary’s absence and he always does an amazing job.
Joey C started his career as an apprentice at Gidleigh Park under Michael Caines, where he worked his way up to Commis Chef – so he came to us with bags of knowledge.
He’s always smiling, a little bit cheeky and works great under pressure… great qualities for a chef as he keeps team spirit high.
